Since 1992, the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation has been dedicated to the teachers and students of Broken Arrow by positively impacting education. From providing teacher grants to funding district-wide programs, the Foundation connects the community with the educational process and is dependent upon the financial endorsement of Broken Arrow school supporters, both individuals and corporations.

The Foundation operates by a board of directors who are elected annually. The Board of Directors consists of patrons, representatives from a variety of businesses and members of the Broken Arrow PTA.  Funds are raised each year through our fundraising gala and auction, an annual golf tournament, and donations.

During the 2017—2018 school year, the Foundation was able to grant 49 classroom teachers more than $27,550 to enrich the education experience of thousands of students.  The BAPS Foundation was also able to continue its tradition of sponsoring 28 district Teachers of the Year with total awards of $11,250, as well as a donation of $10,000 to Project Graduation, a free event provided to each and every graduating senior that allows them to celebrate their achievement in an engaging, safe, and supervised environment.
